Shipping & Returns Policy

Production & Quality Standards. Each photograph is treated as a unique work of art. Fine Art prints are produced to the highest standards using museum-grade conservation paper (cotton rag/baryta) and are personally inspected by Iván Macías before shipment. For this reason, the process of production, signing, packaging, and issuing the Certificate of Authenticity takes between 2 and 6 business days.

National & International Shipping.

Domestic (Mexico):  Shipments are made via express and insured courier services. Usual transit time is 2 to 5 business days once the work leaves the studio.
International:  We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and each country’s customs procedures. Note: Any import duties or customs fees applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Secure Packaging. To ensure the integrity of the work, unframed prints are shipped rolled in acid-free paper inside high-strength rigid tubes. Framed works are shipped in custom wooden crates or specialized shock-resistant packaging.

Returns & Replacements. Because each work is printed and prepared to order for each specific collector, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.However, your investment is protected. If the work arrives with any physical damage caused during transit, please contact us within the first 48 hours of receipt at contacto@ivan-macias.com with photographs of the damage and the original packaging. We will evaluate the case immediately and, if applicable, replace the piece at no additional cost.
